Overview We are seeking a dedicated Back Kitchen Employee to join our crew. This role is vital in supporting food preparation and ensuring smooth kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, food safety, and delivering quality meal service in a fast-paced environment. Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to develop their culinary skills. Duties Prepare ingredients and assist with meal assembly according to established recipes and standards Handle food with care, following proper food safety and sanitation protocols Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts Assist with catering orders and special event preparations as needed Ensure proper storage of ingredients and leftovers in accordance with food safety guidelines Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals Skills Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or related roles within restaurants or the food industry Knowledge of meal preparation, food handling, and sanitation standards Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent understanding of food safety practices and regulations Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team Culinary experience or training is desirable but not mandatory for motivated candidates eager to learn This role provides an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about culinary arts to grow their skills while contributing to a vibrant dining environment.
