A Kitchen Staff assists with food preparation as directed by cooks, food supervisors or chefs. Cleans kitchen work areas and dishes. Prepares ingredients for dishes to be cooked, prepares beverages, and stocks salad bars or buffet tables.

This is a hands-on position where every team member helps with all aspects of store operations. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is willing to jump in wherever needed. Responsibilities Provide friendly and efficient customer service. Prepare and serve ice cream creations, shakes, smoothies, and other menu items. Make and decorate cupcakes, cakes, and other bakery items (training provided). Refill and organize toppings, mix-ins, cones, cups, and other supplies. Keep the store clean and organized at all times, including: Sweeping and mopping floors Wiping counters and equipment Washing dishes and utensils Cleaning freezers and workstations Taking out trash Restock inventory throughout the shift. Assist with opening and closing duties. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Work as a team to maintain a clean, welcoming, and efficient environment. Complete any additional tasks needed to support daily store operations. Qualifications Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Reliable with strong attendance and punctuality. Willingness to learn all areas of the job. Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
