Duties & Tasks:

Measure, weigh and mix ingredients according to recipes. Shape dough, prepare batters and fillings, and form breads, pastries, cookies, cakes, etc. Operate ovens and baking equipment; monitor baking times and temperatures. Decorate or finish pastries — glazing, icing, toppings, formatting for sale/display. Package and label finished products; assist with display or sale-readiness when needed. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, tools, surfaces, and storage areas. Track ingredient and supply inventory; notify when items need replenishment or help with restocking. Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards.

What We're Looking For:

Reliable, punctual and organized team member. Willingness to work early mornings or flexible shifts (baking often starts early). Ability to follow recipes and instructions carefully to maintain quality. Team-player attitude; ready to handle various tasks from prep to cleanup.
