: Cafe Associate At The Arc Wayne of Newark, NY , we are currently hiring a Café Associate to join our amazing team and assist in all operational needs of the Erie Shore Café and Deli. Ensure the highest quality baked goods and deli offerings are produced daily while providing excellent customer service and a great experience for each customer! café

ASSOCIATE

Responsibilities Greet every customer promptly and in a friendly, professional manner. Ensure all orders are accurate and delivered to customers in a timely manner. Work closely with management to promptly address and resolve customer concerns. Communicate with kitchen staff to clarify orders when needed. Learn and maintain knowledge of all menu items and their methods of preparation. Prepare food in accordance with all food safety and sanitation regulations. Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register and process transactions. Follow all Agency and Health Department food safety guidelines at all times. Perform other duties as assigned.

DEli and Cafe Position Requirements:

Strong customer service skills Flexibility to work in customer service or kitchen areas as needed
