Kitchen Specialist Job Overview We're looking for a reliable, hardworking team member to join our kitchen crew. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you'll help keep the shop running smoothly by supporting all areas of the kitchen. If you're someone who shows up, works hard, and is willing to jump in wherever needed, you'll fit right in. Responsibilities Wash dishes and keep all kitchen areas clean and organized Assist with cooking and preparing food items Help with basic food prep (cutting, portioning, stocking) Answer phones and take customer orders as needed Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times Support the team with whatever is needed during busy shifts Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team player with a strong work ethic Willingness to learn and take direction Good communication and basic customer service skills Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but not required
