Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our team. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and providing exceptional service to our guests. This is a dynamic position that requires strong teamwork skills and a passion for food preparation and hospitality.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling dishes
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service
• Assist with dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness of kitchen utensils, equipment, and workstations
• Support the kitchen staff in organizing inventory and stocking supplies
• Provide assistance during banquets or special events as needed
• Uphold high standards of customer service by ensuring prompt and friendly interaction with guests
• Perform other duties as assigned by the kitchen manager or supervisor

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
