Role:

Join our dynamic team at Chick'n Out as a BOH Staff member, where you'll play a vital role in delivering delicious, high-quality meals to our customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment while being part of a company that values teamwork and culinary excellence.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items to perfection, ensuring high standards of food quality. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Assist in inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely and accurate meal delivery. Support the team during peak hours by managing multiple tasks efficiently. Participate in daily prep work and maintain kitchen equipment. Follow recipes and presentation specifications to create consistent dishes. Stay updated on new menu items and seasonal offerings.

Requirements:

Prior experience in a kitchen or food preparation role is preferred. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. Passion for food and commitment to quality service. Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as needed. High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
