Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Crew Member and become the heart of our fast-paced, vibrant food service environment! In this role, you'll be the friendly face that welcomes customers, prepares delicious food, and ensures every guest has an exceptional experience. Your energy and enthusiasm will drive sales, uphold food safety standards, and create a lively atmosphere that keeps customers coming back. Whether you're serving up smiles at the counter or assisting in food prep, you'll play a vital role in delivering quality service with a positive attitude. Duties Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and handle cash transactions with precision Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries promptly Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and following food safety protocols Handle food safely by practicing proper food handling techniques and adhering to sanitation guidelines Assist with food prep tasks, including slicing, packaging, and stocking ingredients to ensure smooth kitchen operations Experience Previous experience in food preparation or food service environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key! Familiarity with quick service or fast-food restaurant operations is a plus Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing are essential Experience with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros will help you hit the ground running Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices ensures a safe environment for both staff and guests Prior restaurant or café experience is advantageous but not mandatory; we value positive attitude and strong work ethic above all else Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences.
