Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate team member for our kitchen. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, particularly in grilling, frying and food preparation. You will be responsible for preparing grilled dishes, prepping, cooking pasta etc, while ensuring food safety and maintaining a clean kitchen environment. Learning our menu items and creativity in menu planning and ability to work efficiently under pressure will contribute to our establishment's success. Duties Prepare and cook a variety of grilled foods. Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to maintain consistency in food quality. Pastas, dishes etc. Filling in where the kitchen needs it. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and kitchen area. Assist in menu planning by providing input on seasonal dishes and specials. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Requirements Proven experience or similar role in the food service industry. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper cooking techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if necessary. Join our team today!
