$16-$24/hour, based on position and experience Gill Grilling is hiring kitchen staff for a summer camp in Tupper Lake, NY. We are looking for dependable, hard-working team members to help provide meals for campers and staff in a fast-paced camp kitchen environment. Open Positions Dishwashers Cooks Kitchen Support Staff Responsibilities Assist with food prep, cooking, serving, and meal setup Wash dishes, clean kitchen areas, and keep workspaces organized Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Help with dietary needs and allergy-safe meal preparation as directed Support the kitchen team during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events Work as part of a team to keep meal service running smoothly Qualifications Prior kitchen or food service experience preferred, but not required for all roles Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical kitchen tasks Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Weekend availability may be required This is a great seasonal opportunity to join a summer camp kitchen team, gain food service experience, and be part of a fun, hardworking environment.
