Job Type Full-time / Part-time Evening Shift Flexible scheduling available Responsibilities Prepare, bake, and decorate cookies following Crumbl recipes and procedures Measure ingredients, mix products, and operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Ensure all products meet food quality, presentation, and food safety standards Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests, taking orders, and handling payments Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation at all times Restock supplies and assist with cleaning and maintaining equipment Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations during busy shifts Qualifications Previous food service, bakery, or quick-service restaurant experience preferred Experience handling cash and using POS systems is an asset Strong customer service and communication skills Knowledge of food safety and proper food handling procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory support Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork skills
