An Independent Movie theater chain needs a Kitchen Staff who are willing to perform the below job responsibilities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Duties & Responsibilities:

Cook and/or grill items as needed Assume responsibility for quality of products prepared and served Complies consistently with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations Maintain kitchen to meet or exceed Health Department standards for cleanliness, food handling and sanitation Monitor stocks of ingredients and food items and assist with the preparation of inventory supply orders Properly maintain and use all equipment per manufacturer's and company specifications Skills & Requirements- Restaurant experience in Back of the House position is preferred Willingness to be a team player and hard worker Able to communicate clearly with customers and other employees Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours) Must see clearly (with our without glasses) to read, interpret and understand recipes, menus, food orders, packing slips, etc. Able to sense degrees of temperature
