You will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking menu items, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, and supporting the overall efficiency of our mobile food operation. Responsibilities Prepare and assemble menu items efficiently according to established recipes and standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for retail sales transactions and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with food handling, cooking, and plating to ensure quality presentation and taste Support customer service efforts by engaging with customers in a friendly manner and upselling menu items when appropriate Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service delivery and minimize wait times Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and restocking supplies to keep the kitchen organized and ready for service Requirements Previous experience in food preparation, quick service & fast food restaurant environments, or café settings is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for retail transactions Strong understanding of food safety management, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management Experience in the food industry or grocery store environment is a plus but not mandatory Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform physical tasks associated with kitchen work Join us as part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional mobile dining experiences!
