Job Description
Job Summary The Guest Service team works together to create a high quality dining experience for all of our guests. By bringing a positive, high-energy attitude and a commitment to quality the Guest Service Associates are Koji Burgers face to the community. Responsibilities Take orders and process payment for customers. Answer questions and guide guests through navigating the menu. Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality presentation. Assist in keeping the dining area clean and orderly. Keeping grab and go drink options stocked. Conduct regular inventory checks of dining supplies and equipment. Skills Cash Handling Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in dining service. Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and other restaurant management software. A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
