Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Papa Johns Insider, where you'll be at the heart of delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced, food service environment. As a key team member, you'll engage with customers, prepare and serve delicious food, operate POS systems, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied. Duties Prepare and assemble menu items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and payment handling Provide friendly and attentive customer service, assisting guests with their orders and inquiries Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a positive guest experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas following food safety protocols Handle cash transactions accurately and perform cash handling duties with integrity Support food safety practices by adhering to proper food handling, sanitation, and storage procedures Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and ensuring the restaurant remains welcoming and efficient Skills Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or quick service & fast food restaurant environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; previous cashiering experience is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and work well under pressure Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting while multitasking seamlessly Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy Experience in culinary roles or kitchen environments is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to upsell products confidently to enhance sales performance Previous restaurant experience or background in the food industry is preferred but not required Join us as a Papa Johns Insider where your energy fuels our success!
