Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with a friendly, welcoming attitude Take orders accurately and efficiently, offering menu recommendations when appropriate Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring proper presentation and timing Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area and service stations Handle customer inquiries or complaints in a polite, professional manner Follow all health and safety regulations while handling food and drinks Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth operations Prepare ingredients and cook food according to restaurant recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, cooking equipment, and storage areas Ensure the proper handling and storage of food, following all safety and hygiene guidelines Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Qualifications:
Previous experience in the restaurant industry is a plus but not required Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Reliable, punctual, and flexible availability Basic knowledge of food safety and cooking techniques Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
