Marlow's Cheesesteaks located at 93 N High Street is looking for a motivated, hard working associate to join our Kitchen Team. This individual will work side by side with the Head Cook and other team members to execute the menu efficiently and effectively. Qualifications Previous experience in the industry preferred Reliable transportation and commute to our Gahanna and Budd Dairy Location Must be able to consistently report to work on time Excellent communication and customer service skills as well as a strong work ethic Must be comfortable with speaking with our customers Open availability (weekends are a must) Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision. Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a team environment. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills and remain calm in high pressure Self -starter with critical thinking skills Must be able to be on your feet for an entire shift. Move quickly and be able to lift up to 40 lbs Responsibilties Prepare all food items to company specifications. including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and may assist in cooking food items Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency Work the Fry Station and prepare fryer items to our company standards Bag up dine-in and take out orders and pass them out to the customer in a timely fashion

• Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
• Use standard practices in kitchen sanitization
• Store all food and other items properly
• Assist with Stocking and organizing daily and weekly deliveries and setting up the restaurant kitchen stations.
• Responsible for the set-up, operation, break down and cleaning of all kitchen equipment
• Assist with washing dishes sweeping/mopping floors cleaning and maintaining equipment, sanitizing utensils etc
• Uphold our restaurant kitchen sanitation and food service safety standards.
• Store and rotate all products properly (follows FIFO, First In, First Out)
