Catering Salad/Pantry Supervisior

Kohler Catering has an opening for a Catering Prep Cook who will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of food for catered events. Responsibilities, duties and skills: Setting up and sanitizing workstations Measure ingredients and seasonings to be used in cooking Prepare simple dishes such as salads, entrees, etc. Preparing quality food and presenting it in an attractive manner Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen Follow safe food storage and handling guidelines Excellent cooking and food presentations skills Excellent time management skills Able to lift 25-50 pounds regularly Qualifications

• Food preparation and cooking skills and/or the ability to learn
• Experience helpful in a restaurant or kitchen setting
• Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices
• Proficiency in knife skills and baking techniques
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
