Sell bakery and beverage products while accurately handling customer orders and payments. Operate the food truck and POS system and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service area. Order, receive, stock, rotate, and merchandise bakery and beverage products to maintain quality and freshness. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safe food-handling procedures. Work with the Food Truck Supervisor to identify sales opportunities and participate in community and marketing events. Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the food truck and equipment. Communicate with the Food Truck Supervisor and ask for direction or clarification as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by the Food Truck Supervisor or corporate office. Skills you'll bring along Friendly, positive attitude and a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while also being a dependable member of the team. Previous experience in food service, hospitality, bakery, café, retail, cashiering, or customer service is helpful but not required. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions. ServSafe certification is a plus. Must have a valid driver's license. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and interacting with customers throughout the day. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods. Job Type Part-time position 15-20 Hours+ Monday-Saturday Between the hours of 4AM-8PM No Sunday Work rotating schedules including some evenings, weekends and holidays Two weeks on-the-job training provided Ability to lift 50+ pounds Benefits
