Restaurant Crew Member

Duties Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems. Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while following safety and sanitation standards. Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Assist with food safety practices, proper food handling, and maintaining cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant. Support food service operations by cleaning tables, cleaning workstations, and ensuring a tidy dining environment. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales through friendly suggestions. Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure quick service and customer satisfaction. Requirements Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is helpful but not required—training will be provided! Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations. Knowledge of food preparation, food safety standards, and sanitation practices. Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and good communication abilities. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple tasks. Experience with POS systems is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is key! Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends as needed. $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
