Responsibilities Prepare food items efficiently and accurately following established recipes and safety standards Operate POS systems to process customer transactions swiftly and accurately Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change and totals Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across food prep areas, dining spaces, and workstations Assist with food handling duties such as bussing tables, stocking supplies, and ensuring food safety protocols are followed Support team members during peak hours by managing multiple tasks like food preparation, cashiering, and food delivery with efficiency Uphold all health regulations related to food safety, sanitation, and proper kitchen procedures in a quick service or fast-food restaurant setting Qualifications Previous experience in food service or a related retail environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Basic math skills for cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory management Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting Excellent customer service abilities with a positive attitude and clear communication skills Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and cleaning Experience with POS systems is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided Culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous for those interested in developing their cooking skills Join us to be part of an energetic team where your contributions directly impact guest happiness!
