Overview Join our team as a Dough Prep / Food Prep team member where your dedication to quality will shine! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of pepperoni roll production preparing doughs and food items with precision and care. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your food industry expertise while working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment that values teamwork and craftsmanship. Responsibilities Prepare dough following established recipes and quality standards Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, dough dividers, and ovens safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to food safety management practices and sanitation protocols Support food production processes by measuring ingredients accurately using basic math skills Ensure consistent recipe adherence during high-volume production shifts Handle food with care, ensuring proper food handling techniques are followed at all times. Experience Prior experience in food preparation or bakeryoperation highly preferred Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, and other culinary tools Strong understanding of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Previous roles in restaurants or the food industry that showcase excellent attention to detail Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards
Pay:
$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
