Duties Assist in preparing ingredients and assembling dishes according to established recipes and menu plans Operate various kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, slicers, and food processors Follow strict food safety and handling procedures to ensure all meals meet health standards Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen appliances through regular cleaning and sanitation Support meal preparation for catering events or daily service, adhering to recipe specifications and portion control Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth workflow during busy periods Help with inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying supervisors of stock levels or shortages Experience previous experience in fast food or kitchen environment is prefered.
