• $10.50/hr in Tips): Play an important role in keeping the dining room running smoothly and ensuring every guest walks into a clean, welcoming space. In this role, you move quickly and professionally to clear tables, remove dishes and utensils, and help maintain the flow of service during busy shifts. Greeter ($16.30/hour + Estimated $9.25
• $10.50/hr in Tips): The first friendly face our guests see and help set the tone for the entire dining experience. In this role, you warmly welcome guests, check them in using Din Tai Fung's text message waiting system, and guide them to their assigned tables. Runner ($16.30/hour + Estimated $9.25
• $10.50/hr in Tips): Play an important role in delivering a great guest experience by ensuring food reaches guests quickly and accurately. In this role, you bring dishes from the kitchen to guests' tables while maintaining attention to detail and presentation. Server ($16.30/hour + Estimated $26.25

25/hr in Tips): Play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. In this role, you are responsible for taking care of your assigned tables, guiding guests through the menu, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and well taken care of throughout their visit. Dishwashers ($20.50/hour): You'll be responsible for washing dishes using both the 3-compartment sink and commercial dishwasher, ensuring all wares are clean, sanitized, and ready for service. Dumpling Prep ($22.50/hour): Prepare, assemble, fold, and steam the dumplings that our guests know and love. Working in our show kitchen, you'll help showcase the star of our menu while playing a key role on the kitchen team and in the overall guest experience. Prep Cook ($21.50/hour): Help set the kitchen up for success by preparing the ingredients that bring our dishes to life. In this role, you are responsible for receiving deliveries, checking ingredient quality, and washing, cutting, and preparing produce and food items according to Din Tai Fung's standards and procedures.   Plain black tops and slacks with plain non-slip closed-toe shoes and a neat overall presentation.
