Job Description
The RoleWe need a powerhouse to "lock down" the grill station five days a week. While we provide specific training on our wood-fire techniques, you must bring a solid foundation of grill experience and a relentless work ethic.

Prepare and manage the protein grill station, ensuring perfect execution of wood-fired techniques.Precision Cooking:
Execute recipes with consistency and high standards for meal preparation.Station Management:
Come prepared with knives/tools needed for your success. Handle all prep tasks to ensure your station is stocked and "service-ready" at all times.Safety & Sanitation:
Maintain a pristine workspace and equipment in strict compliance with food safety and health regulations.Team Collaboration:
Assist with inventory organization and communicate effectively with management regarding supplies and kitchen needs.QualificationsExperience:
Previous kitchen/grill experience in a high-volume restaurant is required. Open wood-fire experience is highly preferred.Technical Skills:
Strong knife skills and a deep understanding of protein temperatures.Reliability:
A "show up and show out" mentality with the ability to work a consistent 5-day schedule.Efficiency:
