Pelican Brewing Company seeks a Kitchen Team Member to support our Food & Beverage Operations. In this fast-paced role, you'll prep ingredients, cook menu items, and keep workstations clean and organized while following strict food safety and sanitation standards. You'll work closely with a collaborative culinary team, supporting station setup, dishwashing, and inventory rotation to reduce waste and promote sustainability. Ideal candidates bring strong knife skills, attention to detail, and a passion for quality food and community-focused hospitality in an on-site restaurant environment. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items to Pelican Brewing quality standards. Set up, stock, and break down kitchen stations during each shift. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and allergen protocols. Maintain a clean, organized work area and support dishwashing as needed. Rotate and label inventory to minimize waste and support sustainability goals. Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams. Support implementation of new menu items and procedures.
