Theatre Floor Staff Looking for someone who has open availability.
Physical Requirements:
Stand and Move Perform repetitive motions Lift/Carry up to 50 lbs. Handle larger items such as boxes and packages
JobDescription:
The theatre staff is as much a part of our guests' experience as the movie itself; therefore, they are responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring that the physical appearance of the theatre is the best possible.
Essentials Duties:
Ring sales at concessions or box office Prepare and serve food in a timely fashion Be able to multi-task well Tear tickets and direct guests to the correct auditorium Clean the theatre including the lobby and ramp areas Clean restrooms including sinks, mirrors, walls, and floors Provide directions and assistance to guests Perform theatres checks to ensure quality picture performance and movie atmosphere Monitor auditoriums throughout the movies to make sure guests are following basic theatre rules such as not using cellphones or being disruptive to other guests Empty trash containers, remove waste and recyclables Provide outstanding internal and external guest service at all times
Additional Duties:
Provide support and assistance to team members Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age as late nights and weekend shifts are required Ability to work variable and / or rotating shift including late nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to understand simple verbal and / or written instructions Basic Math Skills Preferred skills, knowledge and abilities Previous guest service experience Previous cash handling experience Excellent verbal communication
