Overview Join the Olive Oil Grille culinary team as a Kitchen team member. Our exciting new concept will provide you with the atmosphere that will set you on a path of success. In this vital untraditional kitchen role, you will support food preparation and supplying the build your own concept line for guests. The Olive Oil Grille is a fast casual restaurant and offers a new perspective on kitchen operations. Your dedication helps create a welcoming environment for both staff and guests, contributing to the overall success of our food service operation. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced food industry setting while honing essential culinary skills. Duties Assist with food preparation tasks, including cooking, chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning items according to menu specifications Supplying the main and to-go service lines with food product according to Olive Oil Grille standards. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen workspace by sweeping, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing storage areas regularly Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and always maintaining hygiene standards Assist with catering setups or special event preparations when required This role offers an energetic environment where every task contributes to delivering quality food experiences.
