Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of snack foods and beverages with speed and accuracy, following established recipes and safety guidelines Operate POS systems for processing transactions efficiently and accurately Manage customer orders with professionalism, upselling additional items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to sanitation and food safety standards at all times Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and balance cash drawers at shift end Assist in operating kitchen equipment safely, including fryers, grills, microwaves, and other food prep tools Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, taking orders promptly, and ensuring a welcoming environment Skills Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or quick service/fast food environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy periods without sacrificing quality or speed Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell products confidently Knowledge of food handling procedures, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely while maintaining cleanliness standards Basic math skills for cash handling, making change accurately, and managing retail transactions Previous experience in retail sales transactions or cashiering is a plus Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to providing top-notch snack bar experiences!
