What a Typical Day Looks Like No two days at McDonald's are exactly the same, but you will rotate through different stations to keep things fresh.

Your main responsibilities may include:

+ Connecting with guests-Greeting customers warmly, taking accurate orders at the counter or drive thru, and handling payments.

+ Preparing fresh food-Operating grills, fryers, and assembly stations to prepare high-quality menu items according to McDonald's standards.

+ Keeping it clean-Maintaining a sparkling clean dining room, kitchen, and service area to ensure a safe environment for everyone.

+ Teamwork-Communicating smoothly with your teammates to get orders out quickly and efficiently. What we Are Looking For You don't need a long resume or decades of experience to succeed here. We provide full, paid training. We just ask that you bring:
