Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and swiftly Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance sales Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones in compliance with food safety standards Assist with food safety protocols, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices Support team members by bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests Experience Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast-food restaurants is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations are essential Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen experience can be advantageous Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours Experience in customer service roles that involve serving or cashiering will help you excel in this position An understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation practices ensures safe food handling at all times Join us today to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences!
