Responsibilities Prepare fresh sandwiches and salads according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, payments, and cash handling with accuracy. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders efficiently, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across all areas including food prep stations, dining areas, and kitchen spaces in compliance with food safety regulations. Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining high-quality food standards. Assist with food handling tasks such as slicing meats, vegetables, and cheeses while adhering to proper safety protocols. Support team members with bussing tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation or food service is preferred; culinary or restaurant experience is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS enhances efficiency in order processing. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with diverse guests. Basic math skills for cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory management. Ability to work quickly in a fast-food or quick-service restaurant setting while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is highly desirable. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks during peak hours effectively. A proactive team player who demonstrates reliability, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
