Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Counter Staff to join our team. As a Counter Staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling cash/credit transactions, and assisting with various duties in our food service establishment.

Duties:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take customer orders and process payments using a POS system (Square/Online Ordering/Delivery Service)
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining area
• Upsell additional menu items or promotions to customers
• Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information about menu items
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations
• Some expo/food running responsibilities during off peak hours, willing to teach.

Full Time Position 37-40 hours, no late night hours, closed Mondays and major holidays, weekends are a must, non-negiotiable. Part time Position 15-20 hours, no late nights, closed Mondays and major holidays, weekends are a must, non-negiotiable.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the food industry is preferred
• Proficient in cash handling and operating a POS system (Square preferred)
• Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and culinary skills is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds Please note that all positions at our establishment are paid.
