Rough Cut Barbeque Are you passionate about smoked meats, slow cooking, and authentic BBQ flavor? Rough Cut Barbeque is looking for a dedicated Smoker to join our crew!

Pitmaster Assistant Location:
Tamaqua, PA
Schedule:
Thursday - Sunday
Pay:
Competitive, based on experience What You'll Do Operate and maintain our wood-fired smokers Trim, season, and prepare meats for smoking Manage consistent temperature and smoke for top-quality flavor Keep prep and cook areas clean, safe, and organized Work closely with our pitmaster and kitchen team What We're Looking For Experience with BBQ or commercial smoking (preferred, but we'll train the right person) Strong attention to detail and timing Reliability, teamwork, and a love of great food Ability to handle long shifts and the heat Perks Competitive pay and growth potential Employee meals (we feed our team right) Fun, supportive, smoke-filled atmosphere Join the Rough Cut Team! -
