Front of House Team Member - The Wedge Great Base Pay + Tips | Daytime Hours | No Late Nights! Overview Join our team! The Wedge is a small, fast-growing New York-style deli looking to add 1-2 hardworking, detail-oriented people to our Front of House crew. This is an important customer-facing position, so we're looking for someone with a great attitude who is friendly, personable, dependable, and able to think on their feet. We're a busy deli with a close-knit team, and everyone plays an important role in keeping things running smoothly. We're looking for people who take pride in their work, enjoy staying busy, and are interested in growing with us long-term. Responsibilities All Front of House employees are cross-trained in two main areas: Counter / Register Greet customers and provide friendly, welcoming service. Take orders accurately and operate the register. Answer customer questions and assist with menu selections. Hand out completed orders and ensure customers receive everything they need. Restock inventory, beverages, and supplies. Assist with light food prep and general cleaning. Help keep the front of house clean, organized, and running efficiently.

Expo / Order

Assembly Label, organize, and bag sandwich orders as they're prepared. Double-check orders for accuracy and completeness. Coordinate with kitchen staff to keep orders moving efficiently. Maintain an organized workspace during busy service periods. Work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment. What We're Looking For Dependable, punctual, and consistent with attendance. Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and stay focused during busy periods. A team player who takes initiative and helps wherever needed. Someone who can problem-solve and work independently. Schedule:

Tuesday-Sunday, with Monday and one additional day off each week. Consistent weekly schedule. Fast-growing business with opportunities to take on additional responsibilities.
