Job Overview Join our dynamic culinary team as a Kitchen Staff member, where your energy and enthusiasm will help create a vibrant dining experience for our guests. In this role, you will be an essential part of the kitchen operations, assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the culinary team to deliver high-quality meals. Your dedication to food safety and customer service will ensure that every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. Duties Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients according to recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, ensuring all areas meet health and safety regulations Support cooking processes by following instructions from chefs and kitchen managers Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices Support banquet or special event setups by preparing ingredients and assisting with plating when needed Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure timely service delivery Kitchen Staff duties will include time spent with Fryer Station, Grill Station, Make Table, Sell Station, Prep Station, & Dish Station. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hotel kitchens is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is valued Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety standards Experience with food handling, cooking, and serving in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks (Receiving and stocking Truck Deliveries, Taking out the trash, Fryer Maintenance, etc.) Familiarity with food safety regulations and sanitation practices Enthusiasm for hospitality, customer service, and culinary arts Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences!
