As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for various tasks within the restaurant, from food preparation to assisting customers with their orders. Your contributions will help maintain a welcoming atmosphere and uphold our high standards of quality and service. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the Aloha POS system. Prepare food items in accordance with established recipes and safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and cleaning surfaces. Handle food safely and adhere to all food handling regulations. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and sales. Assist in inventory management and perform basic retail math for order accuracy. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive experience. Skills Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Experience with Brink POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred. Basic culinary skills, including knowledge of food preparation techniques. Familiarity with retail math concepts to assist in order accuracy. Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure safety and compliance. Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is a plus but not required.
