Job Responsibilities As a Crew Member, you'll help create an outstanding experience for every guest by: Greeting customers with a positive attitude Taking customer orders accurately Preparing burritos, bowls, tacos, quesadillas, nachos, and other menu items Portioning ingredients according to restaurant standards Maintaining food quality and presentation Keeping the dining area, kitchen, and workstations clean and organized Washing dishes and cleaning equipment as needed Restocking ingredients and supplies throughout the shift Following food safety and sanitation procedures Working as part of a team to provide fast, friendly service Assisting with opening and closing duties What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Friendly and customer-focused Reliable and punctual Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
