Looking for a role where you can showcase your skills and be part of a motivated team? Bob & Ellen's at Sodrac Drive in North Sioux City, SD, is hiring Baristas and Food Prep staff! If you're a self-starter with a passion for great service, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do As a Barista/Food Prep team member, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming experience for our customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Crafting and serving hot and cold beverages and/or food to meet customer needs. Setting up workstations and preparing ingredients for your shift. Accurately operating the POS system and handling cash transactions. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Following health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment. Interacting with customers professionally and regularly to provide excellent service. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, reliability, and a willingness to contribute to our team. Here's what we're seeking:
Experience:
At least 1 year of experience as a barista or cook is preferred. However, candidates with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn will also be considered!
Skills:
Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to listen and adapt to customer needs.
Integrity:
A great attendance record and reliability are essential.
Flexibility:
Open availability and a willingness to adjust to scheduling needs.
Requirements:
