Job Description The Trinity is seeking back-of-house team members to join our opening team in downtown Chattanooga. We are hiring line cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers who are passionate about food, teamwork, and operating in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Our kitchen is inspired by the bold, vibrant flavors of New Orleans, and we're looking for individuals who take pride in consistency, cleanliness, and execution.

Key Responsibilities All BOH Positions:

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations Work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Communicate clearly with team members and kitchen leadership Assist with opening and closing duties as needed

Line Cooks:

Prepare and execute menu items according to recipes and standards Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation of all dishes Manage station setup, organization, and prep Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain ticket times and flow

Prep Cooks:

Prepare ingredients including chopping, portioning, and basic cooking tasks Follow prep lists and kitchen instructions accurately Maintain organization and cleanliness of prep areas Support line cooks during service as needed

Dishwashers:

Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment Maintain dish area organization and cleanliness Assist with trash removal and general kitchen upkeep Support kitchen team with basic tasks when needed Qualifications Previous kitchen experience preferred (role-dependent, not required for all positions) Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency Reliable, punctual, and hardworking Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays Work Environment High-volume, fast-paced kitchen Standing for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Exposure to heat, sharp tools, and kitchen equipment

Pay:

$15.00 - $21.00 per hour
