Job Description
Arby's Restaurant is looking for team members to join our growing company. We are searching for enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking individuals. We are looking for individuals that are self-motivated, responsible, and have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. We are looking for individuals that are dependable, responsible, and have a sense of urgency.
Job Duties:
- Prepare food for service. This includes washing, peeling, cutting and preparing vegetables, fruit, meat and seafood; cutting vegetables to size; arranging them on the plate; and setting them for service.
- Assist other staff with kitchen duties such as cleaning, stock room maintenance and other duties as assigned.
- Keep the work area neat, clean and sanitized throughout the shift.
- Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen area.
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain safe food handling procedures.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen by washing dishes, cleaning utensils and cleaning walls/ceilings.
- Prepare food items such as sauces, soups and sandwiches for service in the restaurant.
- Follow all health and safety regulations in the restaurant.
- Maintain all sanitation procedures.
- Other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to read and understand simple instructions.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to assist others with physical tasks.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and rules.
- Ability to deal with positive and negative situations quickly and effectively.
- Ability to communicate with co-workers in a professional manner at all times
Pay:
