In this role, you'll be the friendly face that welcomes guests, ensures smooth food preparation and service, and creates memorable dining experiences. Whether you're assisting in the kitchen, taking orders at the register, or maintaining a clean and safe workspace, your enthusiasm and dedication will drive our success. Duties Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while adhering to safety and sanitation standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cashiering, and sales transactions Take customer orders accurately, upsell menu items to enhance sales, and provide exceptional service Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and ensuring food safety protocols are followed Handle cash transactions with accuracy and manage cash handling responsibilities responsibly Assist with food safety practices including proper food handling, sanitation, and storage procedures Support kitchen operations by stocking supplies, preparing ingredients, and assisting with food prep as needed Requirements Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurants is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated learners! Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus; training will be provided if needed Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Experience in cashiering, serving, bussing tables, or working in a café or grocery store environment is advantageous Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work effectively in a fast-paced setting Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your energy makes a difference!
