Duties Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Operate POS system, POS for processing customer orders, sales transactions, and cash handling Manage customer orders with accuracy, ensuring quick service and upselling to enhance guest experience Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards Handle cash register operations including processing cash transactions, giving correct change, and balancing registers at shift end Assist in operating kitchen equipment safely and effectively to support food preparation tasks Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit Requirements Previous food service experience or quick service & fast food restaurant background preferred not required but helpful Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions, and inventory management Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Ability to work collaboratively with team members in a lively restaurant or café setting Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude to serve customers enthusiastically Join us if you're passionate about delivering memorable food experiences!
