We are seeking upbeat, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join our team at a pop up store located within a high-traffic, access-controlled corporate setting in Memphis, TN. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced service, teamwork, and creating a positive customer experience in a unique environment. Our goal is simple. Deliver high-quality desserts and exceptional service in a clean, efficient, and welcoming atmosphere. About the Role Crew Members are responsible for preparing and serving desserts and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth daily operations. You will work closely with a small, energetic team in a structured environment where professionalism and consistency matter. This position requires reliability, strong communication, and the ability to work efficiently while following established procedures in a secure workplace setting. Work Environment Serving a variety of signature desserts and beverages Fast-paced, team-oriented service flow Clean, structured, and professional setting Casual but neat work attire High standards for punctuality, presentation, and conduct Access-controlled corporate location with additional security expectations Responsibilities Prepare and serve desserts and drinks accurately and efficiently Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly and positive attitude Operate point-of-sale system and handle basic cash or card transactions Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, service area, and dining space Complete opening, closing, and side work assignments as directed Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards Communicate clearly with teammates and management Restock supplies and ensure product readiness during service hours Maintain professional behavior at all times while on-site Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment Dependable, punctual, and consistent attendance record Basic math skills for handling transactions Ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail Prior food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required Comfortable working in a regulated, access-controlled environment Additional Requirements for This Location Because this role is located within a secure corporate environment, selected candidates must: Successfully complete a background screening process Adhere to facility access and security protocols at all times Maintain confidentiality regarding on-site operations and procedures Provide valid identification for site access approval Demonstrate professionalism when interacting with corporate personnel and guests Be able to comply with any additional site-specific onboarding requirements What We Are Looking For We value individuals who are: Positive and solution-oriented Team players who communicate well under pressure Flexible with scheduling and responsibilities Motivated to deliver excellent customer experiences Calm and efficient during high-volume service periods If you enjoy working in a fast-moving, team-driven environment and take pride in quality service and presentation, we would love to hear from you.
