Great hours! Friday

  • 3/3:30pm Weekends and holidays are mandatory.
The Expo is the final quality check before food reaches our guests. This position plays a critical role in keeping the kitchen and front-of-house working together while ensuring every plate is accurate, complete, and served quickly. Responsibilities Verify all food orders are accurate and complete before leaving the kitchen Maintain clear communication between cooks and servers Organize tickets and prioritize orders during busy service Ensure food presentation meets our standards Keep the expo station clean and organized Help maintain a smooth and efficient kitchen flow Qualifications Fast-paced is a must Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure Strong communication and teamwork skills Attention to detail Reliable with excellent attendance Restaurant experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person Spanish-speaking preferred What We Offer Competitive pay Flexible scheduling Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth and advancement If you enjoy working in a high-energy restaurant and take pride in quality and teamwork, we'd love to meet you.
