As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently while delivering exceptional food quality and service to our guests. For expedited responses, please call the Got Donuts location on 1411 S Washington, Amarillo, TX Responsibilities Assist in food preparation, including chopping, cooking, and assembling dishes according to recipes and presentation standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items and utensils. Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours, including assisting with banquet setups when necessary. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with front-of-house staff regarding orders and special requests. Participate in regular training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of menu items. Support bussing duties as needed to maintain a clean dining area for guests. Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred. Familiarity with kitchen operations, including food preparation techniques and equipment usage. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Culinary experience or formal training is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
