Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Manage customer orders with professionalism, upselling menu items to enhance sales and guest satisfaction Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations Handle cash register operations, process retail sales transactions, and manage cash accurately Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to ensure smooth food preparation workflows Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, taking orders, and ensuring a positive experience Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation, quick service restaurants, or food industry roles is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is advantageous Strong time management skills to handle fast-paced service environments effectively Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and transaction processing accurately Experience in food safety management, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Retail or grocery store experience is a plus but not required Kitchen or café experience will be considered an asset Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional food experiences while developing your skills in a supportive environment.
