Graze Craze, a fast-growing charcuterie and grazing table concept with locations in Oak Hill and Great Hills (Austin, TX), is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Charcuterie & Deli Kitchen Team Member to join our kitchen crew. If you love the idea of crafting beautiful charcuterie boards and working with a dynamic team, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Do As a key member of our kitchen team, your responsibilities will include: Slicing deli meats and prepping charcuterie components to specification. Learning to build and assemble stunning charcuterie boards, then making boards to order. Preparing dips and other menu items. Washing dishes and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen. Reviewing customer orders for accuracy before they leave the kitchen. Assisting with deliveries as needed. Helping shuttle supplies or filling in between our Oak Hill and Great Hills locations when necessary. What We're Looking For We're searching for someone who brings the following to the table: Reliability and punctuality , with flexible availability to meet our scheduling needs. Comfort working in a fast-paced kitchen environment . A sharp attention to detail , especially when it comes to order accuracy and board presentation. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (required for delivery assistance and inter-location travel). Food handling experience is a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person, including board-building! A team player attitude with a knack for taking initiative.

Additional Details Location :

Oak Hill and Great Hills (Austin, TX) — you may split time between both locations.
