The Fairway Club is looking for a dependable, hardworking kitchen staff in our fast-paced kitchen team. We are searching for someone who thrives under pressure, communicates well with others, and takes pride in quality, cleanliness, and teamwork. This position plays an important role in daily kitchen operations by helping in the kitchen during shifts, maintaining food quality standards, and ensuring smooth communication between the kitchen and bar teams.

Responsibilities Include:

Managing and supporting kitchen staff during service Maintaining food quality and consistency Communicating effectively between kitchen and bar staff Assisting with inventory tracking and product management (Occasionally) Problem solving during busy shifts Food prep and line cooking Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards Opening and closing kitchen duties Helping create a positive and efficient team environment

Qualifications:

Restaurant or kitchen experience preferred Leadership experience is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and multitasking skills Reliable, team-oriented, and self-motivated Willingness to help wherever needed
