Overview We are urgently seeking motivated and energetic individuals to join our team in multiple roles including Cashier, Kitchen Supervisor, and Kitchen Helper. Duties Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and process transactions efficiently. Assist in food preparation, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards and safety regulations. Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy and integrity, including balancing registers at shift end. Supervise kitchen operations as a Kitchen Supervisor, overseeing food safety, sanitation, and timely service. Support kitchen staff as a Kitchen Helper by bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and assisting with basic food prep tasks. Uphold food safety standards by following proper handling procedures and sanitation protocols. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance sales and improve customer satisfaction through friendly service. Skills Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or quick service & fast food restaurant environments. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transaction processing. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle cash handling accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a busy setting while maintaining high-quality service. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment across roles including cashiering, serving, bussing, and kitchen support.
